Shipping & Returns
RETURN POLICY:
We will gladly accept returns within 15 days of purchase, but you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your package and we must receive your return package within 7 days. All packaging or tags must be attached or intact. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you would like to exchange an item from your order for something else or another size, we will ship your new package to you free of charge.
If you need to return an item, please contact us for the address to send your package to and so we are aware it is coming. Please include your name, address and order number. We suggest sending returns via insured mail. We can hope that all packages make it back to us without trouble, but please know that we can't take responsibility if uninsured packages are lost in transit.
Shipping Costs:
Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 days after payment is received. Most orders are shipped by USPS. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Your order may arrive in two or more packages. Please note that those items which are handmade for you, by the artist, at the time of the order, will require a longer shipping time. In order to help expedite shipping times, some items are sent straight to you from the artist or manufacturer. International and Canadian orders require a longer processing and delivery time. It could take 3-4 weeks for delivery. PLEASE BE AWARE that we are not responsible for the package once it leaves the USA and is turned over to the Customs department in your country. If for some reason it is held up, lost, or confiscated by Customs or other officials in your country, we are not responsible for that. Any and all fees or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility and not paid or covered by us in any way.
